Happy Monday! Today I’m here with some pretty amazing news, times two! First off, there’s a huge moving sale happening in the shop this week. The more you buy the more you save with the above discount codes! Our goal is to move a ton of product that’s in the shop… because Zack + I are moving to CALIFORNIA end of August! Yeow!!! Zack is actually in California right now, I’m so proud of him and all the meetings he has set up all week!!! He’s looking for the perfect job and we’re praying he finds it this week.
And we would love nothing more than to start out fresh in September/October with a ton of new product inside the shop. We have a variety of ready-to-ship items {all zipped pouches, wallets, camera strap slipcovers + headbands} and of course made-to-order items like our tote bags + market totes — everything is on sale!

Wow how fun! Congrats on the move! Have you found a place to live yet? I love moving to a new area, it’s so fun discovering everything around you & finding your new favorite places to go! I’ve always lived in Michigan, but wouldn’t mind moving to another state… we’re stuck here for another 2 years at least though. California is going to be such a big change!!! That’s so fun :) Did Zach get a job already or is that what he’s out there trying to do right now?

Congratulations on the move! Very exciting news! Funny how I was just listening to your podcast with Tsh yesterday and you mentioned moving to California and now you really ARE moving to California. :) I’ve only been to the LA/Santa Monica area once – and the pier is beautiful there. You will certainly enjoy the weather much more AND you probably have access to more fabric than before.

that’s so exciting! wow, such a big move. my husband and i moved to phoenix almost 3 years ago and it was such a hard decision to leave family and friends. but we have seen so much growth and blessings the Lord has brought our way because of it. i’ll be praying for you and your hubby during this time because i know how much of a transition this is! santa monica is beautiful, i grew up there and have such amazing memories there. :)
@Andrea Worley, it is so hard. our families are in michigan, three years ago when we left MI it was incredibly hard. over the years we’ve been able to do things with them that we wouldn’t have been able to had we stayed in MI. it is great to be able to reflect back on that + see little blessings from our move :)

Hi Gussy! I’ve followed your blog for quite some time as I start to embark on my own handmade business part-time (still working a 9-5). I’m so excited to hear you’re coming to California! I’m in the SF Bay Area. There is going to be so much in store for you in LA. Lotsa craft shows/fairs etc. The Harvest Festival is coming up all over California…Different locations. You must check it out! I’m hoping to sell there in 2013. Lotsa handmade cuteness! Did your husband get a job or was this something you guys had been dreaming about for a while? Woot!
