OK, don’t laugh – but one thing I love about reading blogs or following along on twitter or instagram is that I get little glimpses of other peoples day through their photos. It’s like I get to enjoy that fun new store or beautiful view out of an airplane window without having to get on an airplane {yay!}… even though I don’t live in the same city as this person. But it’s like I do. But I don’t.
I’ve been trying to be better at taking photos of my day to share on here, too. One thing I love about blogging is how it’s helped me be able to share things, like my shop or story or the whip cream dollop I added to my morning coffee. And, it’s helped YOU be able to share things with me, too! Which is seriously just as fun :]

I really love the new cards you are putting in the bag with your products! They really help explain what a Gussy is when you are giving them as a gift to someone who might not know! I know why I love Gussy and why I support your little adventure but I think it is a brilliant way to share your story with those who might not! :)
What’s your favorite part of blogging?
The motivation! Nothing gets me to finish a craft project, recipe, or photo editing like a blog deadline, which I set myself! Hopefully this will change soon. My goal is to make more blog friends so I can say that they are my favorite part. :)

Young House Love http://www.younghouselove.com John & Sherry are the sweetest couple ever. It’s amazing to read about their little family (Clara and Burger are the cutest) and watch them grow. Plus they work hard! Both are stay at home parents, running a blog, and DIYing everything in their home, plus they are now writing a book! They are such an inspiration.
I would have to say that getting to get a peek at other’s lives through photos would be my fave part as well. I read sooo many blogs, I can’t even think of one I read consistently everyday. But in looking at my blog roll I realize I love Little Birdie Secrets http://littlebirdiesecrets.blogspot.com/. Its my go to blog for everything.
At first, blogging was a way to document the last two years of my daughter being home. (She’s graduating from HS in 2012 and will be moving 6hrs away to go to college in the fall 2012) It’s still a great way to document my daughter, but since she’s 17, she’s normally “too cool” for pictures (well.. pictures that I’M taking) and she will always look at me and say: Is THIS going in your blog?? complete w/ a big ol’ eye roll…
SO, along with documenting my daughter’s last two years at home, blogging is a great way to share the things I love and like. My faith is ALWAYS my favorite thing to share. But I also share my love of crafting and things I find on pinterest. I also love giving love to other bloggers.

um, i wish i blogged as much as my brain wants too. Finding time is the hardest. My hopes and dreams for an etsy shop and better blogging atmosphere on my little part of the web is on my mind constantly. i do enjoy way too many blogs, and my bloglovin’ account shows it! :) i would say if i could only read one, (not including yours and Casey Leigh’s), I would say A Beautiful Mess blog, with Elsie, and the Red Velvet Shop peeps. There is just something very whimsical, and I feel like I’ve entered a cool magical princess kingdom when I go there. :) But, if I had to pick two more, yours and Casey’s are a tie.

I agree. I really love catching the ordinary moments on people’s blogs. It’s so fascinating and sweet. I find the ordinary to be strangely comforting and cozy. There are so many things I love about blogging, but one of the main reasons I love to blog is that it gives me a creative outlet. I get to share my passions and have fun designing and creating a beautiful site. I also adore the community I have with my fellow blogger. :)
