If I could get away for the weekend, I would go to Arizona or someplace warmer than Iowa. I really love Iowa, but it’s been really cold here lately and we’re ready for spring!! Much like everyone else, huh? Of course, I would need a tote to take everything with me for the weekend!

I would say some far off destination, but let’s be real, I would never go on a 14 hour flight with a toddler. Plus, we just moved to San Diego about a month ago! Coming from a small town to GA to a place like this is quite the vaca if I do say so myself. :)

Oh where I would go . . . well my 10 year wedding anniversary is right around the corner so at this point I would go anywhere. However we have a weekend planned to head to FL. We are going to see Cirque and have dinner at Fultons. Very excited, and your bags would be the perfect accessory.

It’s to wintery right now, but I’d LOVE to go to Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming if it was summer. If I was going in this cold, though, I’d leave my city and go snuggle in a cabin in VT somewhere and read and drink cocoa all weekend!
I would love to go down into Georgia to sit amid the trees as they begin to blossom and drink some sweet tea. Sounds a little like heaven to me.

My brother lives in NorthCarolina’s Smokey Mountains just at the fringes of the National Park! It is the most wonderful place! Snow and sunshine and mountais and family! Doesn’t get any better!!

I would travel to Seattle. My BFF’s husband has been stationed there for years and I never got the chance (honestly, the $$) to visit. They’re coming back to the east coast this year and I would LOVE to see her west coast home and the sights before she comes closer to home!

OMG, I totally love the yellow woodgrain tote bag!!!! I love those colors together so much, that i have actually designed my room with them! I don’t get to “getaway” much these days, but if I could, I would take a weekend trip (with bag in hand) to Charleston, SC, or Savannah, GA. They both have fabulous ghost stories, ones that will make you pee your pants hearing them!

If I would get away for the weekend I would make sure the weather was warm and sunny. I would take my family to Charleston, SC. Hang out at the beach. Eat Seafood. Visit Historic Sites. And stop in to visit family.
I agree with most of the posts. Even though the temperatures are starting to rise (just a bit), I really would love to be somewhere warm right now where I don’t have to worry about work/school. A couple days on the beach would do a lot of good. (And I would love to have one of those totes as a carry-on! )

Sounds crazy, but I would love to be able to take my two liitle ones to Disney World. I had promised my 3 year old that we would go after Christmas, but that was before I wrecked my car on a slick, snowy morning and the trip money had to go towards the deductible. :( Anyway, I still intend to take him, but it will take a little while to get the money saved back up.

I think sunny California would be my choice of vacation. We tend to spend all our vacation days visiting family, which I love, but then never seem to have days off for a spontaneous trip to who-knows-where just for fun.

This weekend? I’d go to St Simons Island, GA. It’s a tiny, quaint island on the coast that I grew up visiting. When I was little, our family would go for President’s Day weekend with a bunch of friends. We would stay at the King & Prince which is a beautiful place. And it’s where my husband proposed to me almost 4 years ago! We love that place!

If I could go anywhere for a weekend I would fly to sunny CA to see my little sister. I havn't seen her in 2 years. This year she is a senior in high school and she sent me the sweetest Christmas card ever. I am dying to do something crazy and surpise her somehow, but it is hard because I am still in school.

I would escape the cold we have been having in WI and MN and take a get-away to Colorado. Love the snow but miss those true blue Colorado skies. A little skiing and snuggling by a fire would be just perfect! Love all your stuff!
Well, since it might be hard to get somewhere warm if I only had the weekend to do it, my next choice would be up north here in Michigan. Glen Arbor, or Traverse City for some winter fun…cross country skiing, snow shoeing, hot tubbing and hot cocoa!

Even if it was just for the weekend, I would travel back home to Wisconsin and stay with family and have lunch with my best friend. i’m sure it would be nice to go somehwere warm, but I think it would be so much better to be around all the people i love and miss so much!

HOME!! I am dying for breakfast by the beach in Laguna, a walk on the sand, and some good Mexican food (and margaritas!) with some girlfriends. Oh, SoCal – February is when I miss you most.
I was just daydreaming about this today:o) I just love the south. When I traveled to Savannah, GA I fell in love. I fell for the people, the architecture, the music, the scenery and the food of course! I really enjoyed walking around some of the gardens in the warm Savannah weather while looking up at the mossy oak trees. Pure bliss. I could spend hours upon hours in those beautiful gardens. If I could go anywhere for a weekend getaway it would be Savannah, Without a doubt. Life down south is just so simple, so wonderful. If I had a gussy bag like the yellow woodgrain market tote you are modeling life would be well…fabulous:o)

During the summer of 2008 and 2009, I went to Africa to minister to AIDS orphans. I currently am in Physicians Assistant School (and have to study my BRAINS out) which means I haven’t been able to go back for 2 years now. I miss my kids terribly – and when I graduate this summer, my first priority it to HIGH TAIL IT back to Zambia as fast as I can. Peace and relaxation to me is their joyful smiles. That’s all in life that I need to keep going. My sole purpose!
