Celebrate fall // thanksgiving // family by decorating your home with velvet pumpkins from Plush Pumpkin! The plump babies have some serious weight to them and I’ve already found many places throughout my house where they can rest {ottoman, dining room table, mantle, end table, in my office}.

Aren’t the colors gorgeous?! Bauer thinks they are perfect ~

Each pumpkin is made with the stem from a once-living pumpkin, gourd or squash. And each stem is beautiful with its curly details. I love the natural element of the stem!

  1. omg, these are amazing! I heart pumpkins!

I celebrate giving thanks by sharing a fun Thanksgiving morning with my hubby and son watching the parade on tv, eating pumpkin bread, & drinking hot chocolate. spending time with family is one of the best ways to show you are thankful for those you love!

  2. We each say something at the Thanksgiving table we are thankful for, and then we celebrate by stuffing ourselves silly…and there may (read: most definitely) be wine/beer/libations involved! :)

  3. I celebrate giving thanks by trying to be thankful everyday of the year, grateful for what the Lord’s blessed me with, and finding contentment in the things I have… My most memorable part of Thanksiving (besides the feast!) is my grandfather reading Psalm 103 before our meal. “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless His Holy name! Bless the Lord, O my Soul and forget not all his benefits…” I can hear his southern drawal in my head saying it! :) I’ll be blessed this year to hear him read it after not being apart of my family’s Thanksgiving traditions for 5 years! :) I’m SO excited…and thankful!

  4. LOVE these!! I celebrate by journaling ( or blogging! ) about all the things I’m thankful for. In the midst of all my complaining, wishing I had this or that, and so on….it’s nice to remind myself of everything I have to be thankful for!

  5. I am giving thanks this year because my mom is still with us. She has dementia so you never really know if she will remember us. Sad but this year we can celebrate with her. I will be bringing all the food and cooking it there because it is a day off for her caregivers. These are so dang cute…I love the leopard one!!

  6. super cute! great to see you this morning :) this year i am running a 5k on thanksgiving morning with a dear friend, then hosting the day with family and friends!

  7. Those are just gorgeous! I don’t decorate for the holidays- but instead do the season and I love decorating with pumpkins! We are giving thanks this year for being together. We may not be heading home but our little family of 3 (plus one in the oven!) will be enjoying the day together.

  8. I love those! I celebrate by spending the day with my husband with limited tv or distractions. I’m thankful for an amazing marriage and that day is our day.

  9. Those are SO CUTE. What a creative artist/crafter!!

This year will be my first year being back home after living 600 miles away for the last several years. I’m looking forward to a family meal and lots of reminiscing about years gone by. I like talking about past years and specifically family members no longer with us, to keep their memory alive and, I guess, make it feel like they’re still here with us to celebrate, in a way.

  10. wow! gorgeous! looooove these!

i celebrate thanksgiving by journaling daily throughout november about what i am thankful for. keeps me in the spirit and definitely makes my heart full. thanksgiving is always celebrated with loved ones all cozied up enjoying a yummy meal!

  11. I’m learning to give thanks daily. Not taking for granted all the blessings (big or tiny) that God has poured into my life.

And these pumpkins are utterly delightful. I really couldn’t even say which color is my favorite.

  12. I love those adorable little pumpkins! we celebrate thanksgiving 3 times in one day with 3 different families. we celebrate with food and drink and by expressing at dinner what we are thankful for. :)

  13. Every Thanksgiving I have two dinners- one with family on the actual holiday, and one that I host at my place for friends over the weekend. My home is always decorated with unique pumpkin decor, from prints to ceramic replicas! The more off-beat and interesting, the better! I would love to add these plush pumpkins to my collection this year :)

  14. I celebrate by going back to Texas to be with my family! We always make cookies for the firemen and policemen who have to work on Thanksgiving, and we leave them notes that tell them how much we appreciate what they do! It’s one of my favourite parts of the holiday season!

  15. This year will be the first year we will have Thanksgiving dinner at our home, which means I am cooking the turkey…yikes! Then Thanksgiving evening we put up our Christmas decorations!!

  17. I love tese pumkins they are so cute and all the colors they come in. AHHHH.. I am excitied to just spend time with my family this year and enjoy everyone with my new found thanks. I am sure the boys will be watchig to football game. Just the normal stuff but great family time.

  18. Those are absolutely the most gorgeous things ever!! How lovely!!

I celebrate Thanksgiving every year by getting together with family. Cousins, aunts, uncles, sisters, etc., most of whom I don’t get to see except for the Holidays. So, I’m very thankful to have such a large loving family that still cares about each other and wants to gather together!

    Hugs,
    Gina

  19. Thanksgiving has never really been regular for me – divided between different sides of the family, always having to choose one or the other, always seeing looks of disappointment. This year, I’m giving thanks with (and for) my handsome boyfriend and brother in Christ. We are taking a road trip to be with his family and for once, I won’t need to worry about “making the rounds” and can think about what truly matters!

  20. This year I will be giving thanks for salvation, a new baby, and a great husband that is home (and not deployed). Thanks for the opportunity to share and read about thankfulness. These pumpkins are beautiful.

  21. Finding things to be thankful for every single day is essential when you’re a mom. We try to stop and verbalize what we’re thankful for when we get stressed. (This too shall pass!) The holiday is another occasion to gather with family and celebrate our blessings. Always a big meal (usually two – help me) and family.

  22. We will celebrate with a big traditional meal with family. I am so excited!! :)
    Also, these pumpkins are beautiful!

  23. We celebrate by going around the table and saying something we’re thankful for. It’s so fun to have the family all together for food and fun.

  24. I celebrate giving thanks just being together with my family and enjoying the day. Thanks for the opportunity to win these cute punkins!

  25. My husband and I like to have a nice big meal which we prepare together. While we are cooking and sitting at dinner we talk about all of the adventures we have had in the year and how thankful we are that we were able to have all of these experiences. We really want the day to be a pause in our busy lives, which allows us to truly see how blessed we really are. The very small things in life are our true blessings <3 Thank you for giving us the opportunity to win these beautiful pumpkins!! They would look so lovely in our home and would be cherished for years to come :)

  26. I love these pumpkins…..a very modern take on a traditional theme! My favorite holiday is Thanksgiving….and my favorite part is the huge handpainted Turkey platter that has been in our family for over a hundred years. It only comes out once a year, and it came from Europe when my great grandparents visited there. I love the sentimentality, and even though I live 1200 miles away from my parents now, and dont get to go home for the holidays, I love knowing that platter will always be on my family’s table:)

  27. we usually celebrate thanksgiving with both our families.. but this year is different. tuesday, we’ll drive 4 hrs to have thanksgiving with my hubby’s family & my family is coming to our home to celebrate. this is my first year to ever do anything!! and i’m stressed! ha! but we just eat & take naps & enjoy each other’s company.

  28. We celebrate Thanksgiving with my husband’s family- we only get to see them once every few months, so this time of the year it is magical and special- we get to cook together and do turkey crafts with all the kiddos. We also do a 2nd dinner over at my mom’s when we come back in town too! and end the night playing Phase 10!

  29. I give thanks by simply enjoying a meal with my loved ones – and saying thanks a lot with a genuine heart. {{Our thanksgiving traditions are in transition as we all get older/off to school/parents divorce}}

  30. We celebrate Happy Turkey Day with my parents, sister, her now fiance’, and grandparents and aunt. We all gather at my parents house and eat until we are about to burst, watch tv and play games, and eat some more. our family LOVES to eat. tehehe. I just enjoy spending time with them and I am SO INCREDIBLY THANKFUL that God has blessed me with such a wonderful family that I adore and ENJOY spending time with. It isn’t a chore or something I “have” to do, I WANT to. And I love every minute of it. We are fun, we are quirky, we are silly, we are loving, we are most of all, happy. <3

  31. I celebrate by spending the day with extended family, visiting, watching football, and of course lot’s of eating. We often list things we are thankful for. This year we are writing what we are thankful for on little slips of paper that are then going into a box on our mantel.

  32. We celebrate giving thanks by remembering all the wonderful moments of the past
year with each other. The pumpkins are gorgeous!

  33. I love to celebrate Thanksgiving by spending time with my family. Which includes lots of yummy food and everyone sharing what they are grateful for.

  34. I am thankful to have my parents with us this Thanksgiving. For the last three years they both have been battling cancer…diagnosed back to back. We take it “one day at a time” and praise God for all of the little miracles along the way.

My two oldest kids, now live in another state, but will be with my husband’s parents…I will miss them greatly, but I am grateful they are with family

I LOVE the Plush Pumpkins…they make me feel all cozy inside :) I hope I win…it would be a treat!!

    P.S. I “Tweeted” too @crazy4kale

  35. We “give thanks” with LOTS and LOTS of pie and a traditional Thanksgiving Day afternoon walk to help digest. Oh and some football. Watching, not playing… ;-)

    LOVE these pumpkins. Seriously.

  36. We give thanks by talking about all the good things that have happened over the past year, the bounty we’ve been given, the lessons we’ve learned. And by sharing in our good fortune with others.

  37. We celebrate with family over a two day period. I also make sure to tell those I love and care for how much I am thankful for them on a regular basis, not just at Thanksgiving. Food, Family, Love and Tradition, it’s a wonderful thing.

Oh and those pumpkins are ADORABLE!

  38. We are doing this a bit differently this year, starting out early with a 1/2 marathon for the hubby and a 10k for me. The following day our parents are coming over to our house for a “heart healthy” thanksgiving feast.

  39. Sometimes we cook a feast, sometimes we attend a feast with my sister and her family. Otherwise we find an Indian buffet or go bowling!

  40. At first sight, love! These pumpkins…oh. my. goodness.

We celebrate giving thanks by our entire family getting together, circle up in prayer, devour a delicious feast and spend the day together. This sums up the perfect day for sure.

  41. As a teacher, I have an amazing amount of appreciation for my teachers. I like to send thank you notes to them and let them know how much it meant to have them as a teacher and what I’m up to now. It is one of the best gifts my students can give me, so I feel I should give back to my teachers as well.

  42. wow, these are sew pretty! i celebrate thanksgiving by STUFFING myself with pumpkin pie and cranberry sauce! & oh yeah, by being thankful!

  43. I love these pumpkins! Sure would love set for my house :) On thanksgiving, my family celebrates pretty traditionally. We get together, eat, watch football, and just enjoy family time!

  44. I love celebrating Thanksgiving with family and friends. These pumpkins would look so cute on my buffet! LOVE THEM!

  45. We give thanks by gathering friends and family, and being thankful for all the wonderful things God has blessed us with every year! Great giveaway!

  46. We celebrate Thanksgiving by spending the day with our families and eating two big meals-one with my family, and one with my husband’s family. I thank God every day for the blessings He has given to us!

These little pumpkins are just adorable!

  47. So very cute!

I celebrate giving thanks with heading downstate (I’m a MI girl) and spending the day with the family. I wouldn’t want it any other way!!

  48. I love Thanksgiving! We celebrate with our families over amazing food, drink, and company. We are all so thankful to have each other in our lives.
Thanks for the chance to win these gorgeous pumpkins!!!

  49. We celebrate Thanksgiving by spending time with our extended family. We are blessed this year to have a baby boy to celebrate with us:)

  50. Love love these!

I love giving thanks with my family. We spend the day all together and have wonderful food and times together. Some of my favorite memories are thanksgivings at my grandma’s with my cousin.

  51. We will be celebrating with our married daughters and son in laws in NY…the Macys Day Parade (for the first time ever, even though we are originally from NY!) and a few nights in a hotel and dinners out. Excited to spend the time together. If we dont like the Thanksgiving meal at the chosen restaurant…we will be thankful and come Saturday back home…prepare a family meal. We are thankful and blessed to have family…and fun together!

  52. Oh I love these! I’ve seen them around but never a giveaway with them! Growing up it was always the traditional family and food, but now, being a military family we don’t always get to go home for the holidays. SO we try and find fun alternatives like celebrating with friends and creating new traditions!

  53. Ooh how cute are these! I celebrate giving thanks by saying prayers each night with both our babies, writing little notes of thankfulness to my loving husband, and trying to do something kind for our family members each holiday.

  54. Every year I volunteer with the Salvation Army delivering meals to the less forunate. We also like to make a game of donating more and more pounds of food every year near the holiday season to help restock the foodbanks. This year we nearly reached 100 lbs! :o)

  55. Oh my – I haven’t seen pumpkins this cute in a looong time.

Every year, over the Thanksgiving holiday, I formally celebrate giving thanks twice. Once, with my dear friends – we gather and enjoy “friends Thanksgiving” the weekend before turkey day. We all make signature dishes and thouroughly enjoy our meal, but most of all, our years of friendship. Then, on Thanksgiving day, gather with my immediate and extended family for a fabulous feast. The meal always starts with a prayer filled with mentions of what we’re thankful for – and the afternoon/evening is filled with loving family, fantastic food and lots of laughter.

  56. I love giving thanks by enjoying good homemade food with my family, extended family and friends. My favorite part is watching my kids get to spend some quality time with their cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents.

    Thanks for a great giveaway!

  57. We make it a low-key day, spend the morning preparing food together, and then linger well into the evening! This is my first year doing the turkey…hope it turns out!

  58. We celebrate each year with a TON of food!!! (The same recipes since I was born!), thanking God for our family, and looking back on funny memories of loved ones who are now in Heaven :)

  59. I celebrate and give thanks every day. But especially love the reminder of the holiday. Something about fall in PA. And the smells!!!! of yummy things. I give thanks for you today.
