Enjoy!! Breathe!! It goes so fast!!
Yay, Baby #2 is coming so soon! I’m so excited for you guys. Don’t forget to enjoy your last month being pregnant/only having one child.
Just go with the flow, and don’t let interruptions ruin the rest of your day!!!
i don’t have any advice, since I’m pregnant with my first. I wish you the best as you anticipate the arrival of your second!
You already have one, so I know you know {but sometimes it’s hard to remember when you’re lacking in sleep}, it goes SO fast, so try to soak up every moment you can!
Hmm…best baby advice for baby #2, just make sure in those first months after new baby has arrived, spend time every single day cuddling with your first born and making him feel super special too, as I find they tend to feel a bit neglected whether you want that to happen or not! Good luck and I sure hope you have a successful Vbac!
With baby number 5 coming in December this would be quite a treat. So many of the baby things have worn out and it would get nice for her to have a few precious things all her own!
my ‘baby’ is about to turn 2, but still several things I’d love to win or pass on to other new mamas. thanks for such a fun giveaway. soak up every stinkin’ moment with maxwell, and sleep as much as you can!
Congrats on Baby #2! I am due on March 29th so it’s been fun to follow along with your pregancy and know that I’ll be there soon!
This is wonderful! I’m due Oct. 20 with baby #2, can’t wait!!
Don’t forget to find time for yourself! I am due to have my 3rd in about 8 weeks and I need to remind myself of this!! Can’t waif to hear the news when your little one arrives!! Yay for babies!!
Sitting here feeding my 3 month old as I type, I would say mt best advice would be “Let it be.” You’ll be exhausted and emotional (especially with two littles!) but try to enjoy the ride…even at 3:00 in the morning. :-)
Lower your expectations :) The kids will be all right. Your gift of presence is more than enough, even if you’re tired, flustered, and running on empty.
The best advice I can give for you with baby #2 on the way, is to sleep when baby sleeps. I only have one child right now and when I was pregnant with him, this bit of advice was what stuck with me. It’s simple and true. We mommy’s need rest. :)
I’m due with #2 on the 21st so I don’t have much wisdom to pass on! Trying to remember to enjoy these last weeks with my oldest has been challenging as I’m trying to prepare for the new babe. Good luck!
I also am expecting #2, I am so excited and also a bit nervous. My 15month old is so special and I am praying I never take her for granted and am as loving towards her as I have been thus far and even more so! Congratulations! God bless you and your family with a beautiful child!
Just had baby #1 10 days ago, and have been reading your blog and learning from your journey with Maxwell! Goodl uck with baby #2!
Would love to win either bundle! My little guy is almost one, but we do plan to have another someday. :)
Do what works for you and it’s okay to let #1 or #2 cry a bite as you take care of the other one… really it’s okay, take your time and things will get done.
*a bit*

Enjoy every moment!
How fun! Our #3 is due Dec 5 :)
I am due with our first baby a week before you!! Good luck with everything…I’ve enjoyed following your pregnancy!
My baby #2 is due right after yours, so not much help here. Hopefully the transition to two will go well for both of us!
i loved being pregnant but it’s over before you know it! They grow up way too fast!
No advice here! I’ve only got one! Probably enjoy that family time and SLEEEEEEEP! You go through the most tiring/exhausting experience of your life and then you are handed a baby who doesn’t sleep! No time to catch up! Ha! Having family help though sounds like bliiiiisssss. :)
Accept help from others! Take their food they give you! Let them fold your laundry!
Aw what a fun bundle! And baby advice…I think my favorite piece of advice that I’ve been given has been a reminder that I’m the “right” mom for my babies and that we were all put together for a reason! :)
Yahooooo for baby #2! Since I don’t have kids, the only relevant advice I can give you is to not do anything different because you are already an amazing mother and a blessing to the world!
Advice?? Know that you are enough. You are doing everything you can in the moment you are in. Too many times moms feel like they are not enough and too much at the same time. Don’t let those thoughts drag you down. God put us where we are for a reason. It’s our destiny. You were meant to be where you are ‘for a time such as this.’
Have fun with baby 2! Kids are so awesome.
October is big for us too! My 27th birthday, my son’s first birthday, and our 3rd wedding anniversary! And I’m also anticipating the arrival of our 2nd little boy in February :) hope I can win a bundle to celebrate!! :)
Only a good mother worries about whether is she a good mom – you got this!
Congrats. I just had baby #3. She was my first neutral birth. I highly recommend making sure you get an epidural.
I’m expecting my 2nd little one this December! My advice that I’m going to try to follow as well is to take it one day at a time. Enjoy the new little one as much as possible. They grow up so fast!
Congrats and enjoy the last little bit with just one babe!
Wow! Awesome giveaway!😍
I just had baby#4 and life just keeps getting better☺️ Blessings to you with baby #2! You’re in for some fun!!😘
Good luck! Try to relax and enjoy that baby even though it feels like there is so much to get done. I will be having baby number two in a few months- such an exciting time!
what a wonderful giveaway!
What a great giveaway! We are also expecting baby #2 at the end of this month. Beyond excited!!!
Oh my goodness! Baby will be here so soon! I am so excited for you and can’t wait to see pics! :-D
I have my 1st coming here in few months. Everyone is telling me to just enjoy each stage and don’t rush. Enjoy each stay the baby is in at that time. You won’t get it back.
Congrats!! I wish you the best!!
(I wish I were expecting my 2nd LO)
Know that each day gets a little easier…and it’s ok if it takes time getting to know each other and bonding. The first 6 weeks of breastfeeding were really hard for me and I just kept thinking “one more day” and now it’s second nature.
Remember that every baby is different and don’t be worried or discouraged if baby #2 does things differently than Maxwell!
HELLO, all the best with Baby #2 !
ADVICE: Take lots of photos!
Marriage first No matter what!
Sleep when the baby sleeps! And, always, follow your heart.
I’m expecting baby #2 in February and we are beyond excited! I can’t wait for you to have your little one!
Congratulations! My best baby advice is to take it easy on yourself and rest when you can. Being a mom is so tough and we can out so much pressure on ourselves to do things “right” but I feel when you trust your motherly instincts you can’t go wrong. You will make mistakes along the way, every parent does, but forgiving yourself and moving forward positively is huge. Babies are such a blessing. Best wishes on this new journey!
My best advice, is go with your gut, do what is best for you and your family, and don’t worry too much about what other moms are doing. You know yourself and your children best, and we all do things a little bit differently, and that’s okay! Be confident in your mothering skills!
I think I am the one who needs advice from you, but I think the most important thing is taking time for you to get away and do the things you enjoy.
Congrats and best wishes from Michigan!
Baby # 2 goes with the flow, it’s nice! I guess they kind of have to. Let them sleep as much as they want. Sleep promotes sleep. My second started sleeping throught the night, 6 to 9 hrs around 3 weeks old. Don’t wake a sleeping baby. Good luck!
I’m not sure what to offer as advice for baby #2 since ours will be joining us in March, but wishing you the best of luck and can’t wait to hear some tips for surviving that first month with a toddler and a newborn!
Maggie- you are such a wonderful Momma to your boy, and you can see that just from your blog and instagram. It is such a joy to follow you and your family! I love all of your pics.. We just transitioned from an only child to adding a little sister into the mix and while it may be more difficult at times it is the most rewarding joy in life! Good luck & I can’t wait to see this baby grow with your family! -Terra
i just love the hooded towel in bundle #2. I have one and it is so soft.
Those first few weeks when you have help? Rest! Don’t try to do too much to be supermom. Rest and get to know your new baby and bond with him/her. You might feel a little stir crazy, but your body will thank you later.
Wow! I hope I win. My baby #2 is due mid November. Fingers crossed!
I will also be welcoming baby 2 in a matter of days, nervous to start a whole new routine from scratch but is exciting at the same time! I think the more you involve.
Your first child will make it an easier adjustment for them like helping to change diapers or feeding bottles
Congrats on baby #2…. I am currently working on baby #1, reportedly coming in May! ;) It would be amazing to win either of these giveaways!
My only advice is the same thing I’m telling myself as we prepare for baby #2: Take it one day at a time and try to cherish every moment because they’re only babies for a small moment in time!
Best wishes to your growing family! Enjoy it!
I am so happy for you guys! I can’t wait to meet baby Whitley!
Perfect bundles!
Congrats! Our Baby #4 is due October 30!
I don’t have any #2 specific advice because I’m due with #2 only a week behind you, so instead I’m sending extra well wishes! Hoping we can compare squishy baby pics soon. Thanks for the opportunity!
My oldest keeps telling me to take my placenta pills. Sounds like good advice to me! ;)
Congrats on #2! Rest whenever you can bc 2 kids will keep you moving. No need to be super mom. Kids will love you unconditionally regardless.
I’m very excited for you! Our baby day is the 27th so I’m right there with you through this crazy journey! I will go from 2 to 3!
Im so thrilled for you. Enjoy that newborn, fresh from the oven smell… it lasts for such a short time :)
Congrats Maggie! So many well wishes!
Naps! Freezer meals!
I’m due with #2 in November so I don’t have any advice on that way, but did want to tell you I’m also opting for a VBac & you’re coursgeous and strong for opting for that! I’m praying it all goes well and you get a beautiful VbaC story :)
soak it all in and give yourself plenty of grace for the adjustment. so happy for you!!!
Always trust your gut when it comes to your babies.
Excited for your family this month! I’m due November 1st with baby #2 and have loved following your pregnancy. Also, thanks for the rad Aerie sweatpants suggestion! I picked up two pair and LOVE them.
So excited for you! Enjoy every moment!
I can’t wait to hear your precious baby has arrived and see if it is a he or a she! :)
have special toys that max can play with while the baby is nursing :)
Get all the snuggles you can!
I’m excited to see if your newest addition is Pink or Blue!
Take long baths and know that you can do it and you ARE doing it well.
Take time to rest. Praying for your family. Blessings.
If you’re on baby #2, you already know much more than I do about motherhood. Best wishes to you and your growing family!
Best wishes for a healthy and happy birth for you and your baby. I’m only 16 months younger than my sister, and have been so blessed by our special bond. Enjoy watching a new relationship unfold between your two little ones!
I’m a few months away form welcoming baby #2 to my family too. So I don’t have any advice yet, but I wish you well! Congratulations to you and your family!
Best of luck to you and your growing family!
Love every minute with both children. They are only little for si long.
Awesome bundles!
congrats on #2!
Don’t get caught up in the ideal of what having 2 kids should look like in your mind. It will be what it should for your family! Don’t compare yourself to other Moms and how they do things. Be confident in how you and your husband have decided to parent these two amazing people. It goes by so quickly…slow down and enjoy the ride! We are given 18 years to raise our children till they are able to be out, make those years count.
Also wanted to add, make sure you and your husband are connecting and making time for each other. It gets a bit harder the more children you add…we have 7 so, believe me I know! The laundry and dishes can wait…take that time to connect with your husband. He will still be there once the kids are grown and out! Hugs!
Soak in every moment!! It goes so fast! Praying for you when I pray for my baby2 due in December!
Be realistic in your goals for the day and enjoy every second. It will speed by fast… I am already a grandma, and realize how fast time went. I had 3 kids under 4, and sometimes my goal was for everyone to get out of their pi’s! If you expect too much, especially at the beginning, you will often feel defeated. God bless you and your growing family!
Congrats! :D
Ask for help and take all the help you can get. :) you’re a great mom, Maggie! So excited for you!
Best wishes to you and your family. Try to take care of yourself, ask for help when you need it, and follow your instincts.
I love those bundles!!!!!
Take lots of preparation naps…and enjoy the ride:) Congrats!
Enjoy every single second, it goes by sooo fast! Congratulations!!
