Maggie Whitley is the owner & designer of Gussy Sews, a lifestyle blog + handmade accessories boutique. On her blog you’ll find handmade business tips, different prompts & projects that help build a handmade community, Gussy shop updates + of course, updates on Maggie herself. Maggie’s work has been featured in magazines like Pregnancy & Newborn, Simply Handmade, and OK!, and is constantly inspired by the friendships she’s formed since starting her blog in 2008. Maggie lives in Los Angeles with her husband Zack, newborn Maxwell and pup, Bauer.

Ashley LeMieux is the founder of Threads by The Shine Project, and the blogger behind Myshineproject.com. Ashley’s mission is to inspire people around the world to live up to their full potential and you’ll find bits of inspiration on her blog. She has a passion for American at-risk youth, and founded a non profit last year to help send them to college. Feeling a call to help the kids even more, last year Ashley launched Threads, a line of fashionable bracelets that are made by at risk American youth so they can have a job while they put themselves through college. They are sold online and in over 40 stores across the country. Ashley lives in Phoenix with her husband and dog (who might as well be her child).
